Legal draft

How NCN intends to handle personal data.

This page is a structured draft describing intended practice. It is not in force as a production legal instrument until counsel approves a dated version.

Draft for legal review. This text is a working product draft and is not published legal advice. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use at ncncricket.com.

Purpose

NCN will collect account, profile, team, match, and enquiry data to operate cricket identity, competitions, and support. We aim to align with Indian data protection principles including purpose limitation, consent, access, correction, and deletion.

Email we send

NCN sends one email and no other: a password reset, to a member who has an NCN account and has just asked to reset their own password in the app. It is sent from no-reply@zynaut.com and contains a single-use link that expires after an hour. We send no newsletters, no marketing and no announcements, and we have never imported, bought or rented an address list. An address only reaches us when someone registers it. Marketing consent exists as a separate opt-in that is off unless a member turns it on and can be withdrawn in the app, and no marketing email is sent today.

  • Password reset only, and only when the member asks
  • Single use, expires in an hour
  • No marketing, no list purchases
  • Withdraw consent or delete the account from the app

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data as a product. We do not expose private contact details on public SEO pages. We do not use generative systems to decide eligibility or invent verified records.
